If you wanna get ready for bed quickly with no hassle then follow these instructions! This may vary for different people!
Turn on your shower. Make sure it's warm but not burn-your-skin hot. Then, pick out your underwear and pj's. Return to the shower and hop in with your toothbrush and toothpaste as well as some face wash.
After you shampoo apply your conditioner wash your body then brush your teeth and wash your face. Rinse.
Get out and pat yourself until you are slightly damp. Do not rub! Apply a moisturizing lotion and wrap your hair in a towel. Also, put on a good face lotion or mask.
Put on your undies and pj's.
Take your hair down.Brush it out and style it. Do not put ant gels or sprays in it. Your hair does not have to be perfect so don't fuss over it. I recommend braiding your hair while it is still wet so when you wake up in the morning it will looked crimped!
If you are wearing a mask, remove it with a warm rag.
To put your body into sleep mode, it is recommended that you do something like read or draw with a gentle light.
Go to sleep!
