Stay up all night long. To help with this, drink coffee or soda, anything with caffeine or sugar. Eat lots of candy and ice cream to give you a sugar rush, just make sure your parents don't find out if you're a kid or a teen. For further help with this, read 'How to pull an all-nighter.'
Go to bed somewhere around 8AM or 9AM and set your alarm to wake up somewhere around 7:30PM or 8PM so you can wake up at night.
Now that you have stayed up all night and slept all day, you should be able to stay up all night again, and the cycle will continue, you are now nocturnal!
- If you want to be back to your normal diurnal self again, it's easy. Just stay up all night again and then keep yourself awake all day the next day. When the sun comes up and lights up the sky with beautiful colors, you should feel peaceful with that pretty moon still hanging in the sky, it will give you a wonderful fresh, waken-up feeling for the day.
Tips
- Give yourself a fresh start in the morning by taking a shower, getting dressed and ready for the day, eating a hearty breakfast, and getting some fresh air outside by exercising - hop on a bike or go for a jog.
- Eat a sweet breakfast like waffles, french toast, pancakes, or a sugared cereal like Lucky Charms or Cinnamon Toast Crunch, maybe some Frosted Flakes to keep you energized and awake. (And because it's awesome and delicious!) To top it off, brew up a pot of coffee and have yourself a steaming cup of java.
